Practice Management Services

We offer a range of services for your unique needs. Some of our engagements are short-term and some are long-term. Some of our services are designed for the CEO of the business, and others are for the team. Before you engage with us, you will receive a detailed proposal explaining which service is recommended for your unique situation and what the focus of the service will be.

Executive Coaching

Work 1-on-1 with an Executive Coach on all aspects of your practice. This service focuses on providing guidance, accountability, and expertise to the CEO of the business. Areas covered are wide ranging - from hiring, motivating and retaining staff to business planning and goal setting to achieving work-life balance. Move forward in all aspects of your business with confidence and clarity.

Operational Performance

Our Operational Performance package was designed for practices that need help getting organized. We help your team implement specific systems and tools to solve your biggest problem areas. We address issues such as: integrating recently purchased clients, staff changes, transitioning clients to an AFA, and more.  Implementation of most solutions generally takes about six months.
